    • Définicils: Lengthens and defines lashes for a natural, separated look. Conditions and enhances a refined "no makeup" makeup effect.
    • INGREDIENT HIGHLIGHTS:
    • Définicils: Panthenol & Vitamin B5
    • Cils Booster XL: Vitamin B5 & Vitamin E
    • HOW TO USE:
    • 1. Apply eyeliner directly on eyelid as close to the lash line as possible. Use on both top and bottom lashes for a natural makeup or a bold makeup look.
    • 2. Apply Cils Booster XL from roots to tips of eyelashes, but do not wait until dry before coating lashes with mascara.
    • 3. Comb Définicils through lashes with brush in a smooth vertical motion, while Cils Booster XL is still wet.
    • 4. Use the tip of the Définicils brush to further define and separate lashes
    • Apply Cils Booster XL as a Nighttime Eyelash Conditioner:
    • 1. After cleansing face and finishing normal nighttime beauty routine, apply Cils Booster XL to bare lashes.
    • 2. Allow to dry properly before sleep.

Terrible customer service

Never received item. Lost in transit - never delivered. Macy's won't re-ship item at sale price. Claims they only had a few at sale price!!! It is in stock but I would have to pay higher price.

Great eye pencil!

This is a great liner for “tight lining” and doesn’t budge all day. Really like this the best of all the pencils I’ve used. Because it waterproof you do have to remove with an oily eye make up remover and Lancôme has a great one to get the job done.
