I love this coffee maker but I have had one problem with the water reservoir, it smells musty. I have tried running vinegar and water through it. I have let it soak, I can not get the smell out. I use filtered water in it as well. Ant suggestions? I use all Shark and Ninja appliances

Not impressed.
Less than impressed. Owned this 6 months and i really need to toss it out and find a different coffee maker. The flavor of coffee ok at best. With filtered water and fresh ground beans, i expected more. The carafe doesnt empty out and always has enough left in the bottom to make a dried messs. The stearm it produces during brewing makes a mess on my cupboards. Poor design. Who tested this before mass production.

This is a really good machine. The only reason why I’m giving it three stars is because the grounds spill over into the pot quite often. I believe it is due to the straw going into the pot. Water is filling up the filter faster than the pot can fill with coffee

I have STILL not received this order and the onTrac delivery site is very unhelpful.
I’m really happy with my coffee maker
Very easy to use and not a lot of extra garbage to clean up like with the Keurig if I want one cup, I have one cup if I want the whole pot, I can have the whole pot. It’s wonderful.

Temperature Help
Hi, I just got my coffee maker and noticing the coffee does not come out super hot. I have to throw in the microwave almost as soon as the brew is finished. Has anyone else has this issue? is there a way to fix it?

Good Product
Product works as advertised; my only concern is the water reservoir doesnt develop green bacteria for the water trapped inside the water inlet. You have to manually release the remaining water after every use.
