Third party sale/refund refused

Make sure you know this is a third party sale and Macy’s want refund my money. Third party won’t respond to refund! Shoes too small.

Vintage Foundry Olenna Heel Sandal

Well….right out of the box, the edge of top strap digs into my foot and it’s a tight fit. I know leather is supposed to stretch but I don’t think I can tolerate wearing them long enough to see if they stretch. Beautiful shoes. I wanted the black as well but I don’t know now.
