Did not receive my merchandise

Macy's is using a delivery service called OnTrac that has bad reviews and complaints of customers not receiving their packages. I have been waiting 3 days for my package that was NEVER received and you can't speak to a live person at Macy's or OnTrac. The customer service for OnTrac automatically sends a text message saying "Error". They even sent a message for 2 days saying package delivery attempt was made and i was home both days. I have ordered alot from Macy's in the past and have always had my packages delivered by UPS to an access point and never had a problem. I WILL NOT be ordering again and will shop online for businesses that use reputable delivery services.

Wonderful shirt - great design- but need this in a big and tall size - sad a xxl a bit too small
