Packaging AWFUL

I purchased this as a gift, but when I received it, the box of opened, no sealed packaging and it looked as it had been used. This isn’t the first time I bought something from Macy’s and to return it because, in my opinion Macy’s is reselling items that have been sold and returned. Come on Macy’s
