Careless delivery and packaging

The product itself would have been beautiful but the packaging was absolutely careless which caused the item to get damaged in delivery. No foam or bubble wrap, or even extra paper for cushioning, box sealed in a way that left if half open. Just disappointing.

I have to return these glasses because they are defective and they fit crooked. The front arm of the glasses is crooked.
