we purchased a immersion blender last christmas and just started to useit. It stopped working the second time we used it and I sent the support team about it. They where very nice and quick to send us a replacement one.
Solid milk frother!
I love the minimalist design for this product. The clean matte white finish is very nice. It’s pretty compact and I appreciate that it doesn’t take up a lot of space when storing it. My only con is that it’s not the easiest to clean. Especially for stuff like milk which needs to be cleaned well, but you have to be careful with getting too wet the bottom where it connects to the electric base.

Perfect blender
Love this immersion blender it’s perfect for soups in the winter and I love the colors. It breaks up things easily and is also super easy to clean when done.

Bulky frother
The milk frother does an okay job. This product is definitely a lot bulkier than the handheld one already out. Its also harder to clean with the milk getting stuck on the bottom.

Disappointment
Way too noisy, looks like there's some kind of problem. Feels like it's in "high" position constantly, and suddenly there was a smoke today from where parts are connected. Didn't get the chance to try it properly. Wasted money it is.

wonderful item WHEN it works.
gotta hope third time's the charm??. had one for a couple of months that was amazing - then the buttons stopped working and if you plugged it in, it was ON - on "high" and "turbo" - yikes - splashing food! returned it (within holiday return window - thank you!) - and a replacement came quickly - ONLY to be broken coming out of the box (busted screws to attach top to bottom) ... so - trying again - and hoping THIS time it'll be perfect. it's a GREAT little item and the price is divine! fingers crossed! MACY'S customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!

The gift that kept giving
I’ve been needing a new one. I saw this one and wanted to give it a shot because the reviews were great and I really needed it for the holiday season. It’s not as loud as my last one and I’ve put it through the wringer. It’s practically brand new straight out of the box. It’s very powerful which makes making apple sauce 10x easier. Cleaning is a breeze too!
