Wrong jacket; right csr

But the second jacket was the wrong size! I tried to get the right size but you didn't have it! I had to get another jacket that was not warm enough. Disappointed and the cashiers at macys were not helpful at all. They literally stop helping. There was a mature lady that was helpful, she did the best she could to ractify the problem.
