Stiching rough itchy on this & hampton chinos

i'd love the pattern and the fabric howevernot the quality I would expect from a designer it was very expensive I love that it was cotton but the smocking stitching is so rough and itchy it was like a tag that you wanted to rip out across the entire chest is never gonna happen. ironically the chinos were also ridiculously small certainly not cut for a woman and they also had an inside stitching around the entire waist line that was like cactus the outside of the pants was beautiful though so I'd have to wear them inside out. lack of quality control and oversight and product testing of this designer for the itchy stitching and sizing issue that's meant for slim women with no hips no stomach.
