The design of the sweater is poor. The shawl collar is stitched into the body at thee waist, making it drape improperly. I returned it.

soft graceful and lightweight

The sweater is pretty and lightweight. The corners of the shawl collar are stitched to hold the shape. It looks like the stitches are meant to be removed but I'm not sure this can be done without damaging the fabric. I would appreciate some advice on this.
