Never received my item

My order still haven't arrived. I ordered this shirt on Jan.27 for pick up and it's still showing processing. I am very disappointed in Macy. I am still waiting for my shirt.

Sizing off. Expect shrinkage

Bought what has been the correct size in the past. Had to return it. Way too large. Exchange process easy. New size arrived. Just laundered and it has shrunk so much is now too small and not wearable. I am so frustrated at the the inconsistent sizing and now extreme shrinkage.
