New model of the Solo
New model of the Solo Stove Bonfire with the ash pan is fantastic. No longer am I pulling out the solostove out of the surround and tipping it upside down to clean it out. Nice work!

Great Christmas Present
Can't wait to see the look in my son's eyes when he sees this. I was excited the first time I saw this product myself in an advertisement. Clean looking and functional at the same time. Many options with the accessories to choose from.

Missing item. Bad customer service.
I received my solo stove bonfire. It was dented and there was no stand included like it is advertised on their website. So I called customer service and they sent me another one the next day. New one not dented… still missing stand. I asked for a refund for the stand but they said they could do it because I used PayPal to pay. Then said they would ship me another one. So this is how the third one they are sending and something tells me that it will also not have a stand and now I have three solo stoves to return. With the stand not included they are overcharging and they are not very helpful and have zero clue or willingness to communicate with whoever is shipping out their stock. They also only have this one on their website there isn’t even an option for a solo stove without the stand which makes no sense. We will see what the newest delivery brings but my hopes are not high. The stove seems great, haven’t gotten to use it yet. However Macy’s needs to get it together.
We use it every weekend
We love our bonfire even more than expected! The smoke really is minimal, it’s easy to get started, and feels safe and contained for backyard use. We’ve been using it at least once a weekend since we bought it, and I imagine we will use it all year round. Such a great purchase. We got a surround as well and it has given us total peace of mind with our kids and dog. Great for setting drinks as well.

Great Improvements
My new Bonfire lights easier, burns hotter and is so much easier to clean than my old one. The slight raise to the now removable grate makes a huge difference and the removable ash pan eliminates having to lift, move and dump ashes like my old one.

Not The Complete Package
I thought I would get the stove, shelter and stand but the stand was not included in the shipment.
overpriced
Over Priced! Three burns in and the interior has broken down. Multiple holes inside. The so called fire ring has wilted . No heat from the exterior but when you put a log on make sure you wear gloves. All the heat goes straight up. I did have hair on my arms but not any more. Don't wast money on this named brand product. Im going back to old school pit. dig a hole, drop a ring.

Big improvement over Bonfire 1. 0
The original design made it difficult to clean ash out of the bottom. I stored it in my RV compartment and was always afraid of a hot ember starting a fire. The new 2. 0 has a removable grill and burn plate that work great.
