Cheap quality (didn't expect that from this brand)

Shoes were not what I expected. Shoes were very thin and seem cheap quality. I have bad feet and thought these shoes were made to be on your feet all day. However, the sole was close to none.

Not new. They are dirty. Size difference than normal.

The shoes have been worn and are dirty. They are also too small. I have no less than 10 pairs of Cole haan. Size 12 always fits. I tried to process a return and am getting the message than my window for returns has closed.
