Bad customer service

I ordered a dress 1/16 & it never arrived. I never received any notification that it was delayed. Upon chatting with representative yesterday they said it should come 1/26 when it was already 1/28. I was told it was a 3rd party seller so not much Macys can do. I only shopped at Macys bc I received a gift card. I asked for a refund & was told I would get it on a gift card that will be sent to me in 2-4 weeks. For a billion dollar company this is terrible customer service. Any other company would have refunded me & shipped a new dress. I don’t even want to use the gift card I have to wait 2-4 weeks for after this issue. You could really do better Macys, I am not pleased with the customer service.

Cute and cozy

This dress is shockingly comfortable. It's definitely not what I expected from the photo. It's definitely on the cheaper side as far as fabric is concerned, but not necessarily a turn off because the fabric has stretch which makes it more wearable. I expected a tight fabric and its definitely not but on sale, it's perfectly acceptable and you can't tell when it's on what the fabric is. I actually ended up liking it more because it moves instead of locking you in to a dress you can't sit in.

Better for girls with a long torso

Although the dress is pretty, it’s not very flattering on someone who is short-waisted. I’m sure it would be amazing on someone with a long torso

Little black dress!

Okay, this dress is cute but ever so tight! Narrow at the bottom. I ordered a size small, 105lbs and 5'3". It was very fitting to say the least. I would have ordered, maybe, one size up. I had to return it due to time restraints but had a backup dress. Thank Goodness.
