The handle is melting

I’m torn! Should I return it. The handle is melting. I’m afraid the paint is going to melt off too. I have never had it higher than on medium. What to do?????

Defective & Hazardous Coffee Maker

Handle melted after just one use and hot coffee splashed outward. This is a basic, traditional stovetop coffee maker, and it should be safe and reliable. A faulty gasket can happen, but using such poor-quality materials for the handle feels like a conscious design choice — and it makes the product unsafe.i am very sorry for not having the option of attaching the photo of the coffee maker.

Beautiful but...

My husband and I moved to a new place on April 2025, and the first item I purchased was this stovetop espresso maker. I loved the design. My only issue is that the inside of the cup rusted after 2 uses, even though I washed it and let it air dry. I really dont know what to do :-(
