Sewn crooked

I like this dress it’s pretty. The lace that goes down the waist panel of the dress is sewn crooked unfortunately making the whole thing unwearable. It is short. It has a metal detail that isn’t seen in the picture. I may try to order it again to see if I can get one that is not defective.
