Poor Quality! Do not buy!

I was very unhappy with this purchase. The pursed arrived used. They were scratches all over the bag, the back zipper was hard to zip and unzip. The original tag was taped on to the plastic circle. The bag itself is made of cheap materials. The the leather is flimsy and the inside of the bag is not all leather...it's half leather and half fabric. It seems like coach is trying to use cheaper, lower quality materials but still charging a lot to make money off of consumers. I was not impressed and that says a lot because I have 3 coach tabby 26 bags that I love and are made of high quality materials. I'm annoyed that Macy's would ship this bag to me then make me do all the work of shipping it back with no compensation or discount. Do a quality check before you ship out your items ESPECIALLY for expensive items!!!

One of the best bags ever.

Beautiful, well made bag that is great from Day to Evening wear. Very cool but timeless. Beautiful leather and fully lined with suede. I love this bag.

coach bag

I bought a Ralph Lauren bag on line and they also sent me a used one. I couldn’t believe it. Had no tags and it was all scratched. So disappointed.
