Disappointed

I bought glasses from Macy’s—first they sent a damaged pair with scratched lenses. When I requested an exchange, they sent another pair with loose sides and a lens that moves. It honestly feels like Macy’s is shipping used or leftover glasses from their stock. And now they’re saying they won’t accept a return. Definitely don’t buy glasses from Macy’s without seeing them in person!
