Defective shirt

I was so disappointed when I received this shirt. On the front from packet to packet, both size it was blue pen marks . First I was thinking that is design, I couldn’t believe that you sent me a shirt with pen writing on it. I returned to the store, and when I showed to customers service representative he couldn’t believe too. This was very unprofessional from Macy’s.
