I purchased this jacket in black, attracted by the longer line in the photo. (I’m 5’10-1/2”, 150#, long waisted.)
It’s a gorgeous jacket - that fit amazingly well in the shoulders, sleeves, even the shaping at the waist! But the length was nearly mid thigh even on me.
I tried it with slacks, skirts, etc. I already own. It looked ridiculous.
Considered bringing it to a tailor to shorten it (since the rest of it fit so well - unusual for me!) - but the pocket placement was such that that wouldn’t have worked either.
This might work well with a sheath dress, as in this photo; the black jacket model was pictured in white top and slacks. (I now realize she must have been exceptionally tall, and perhaps wearing a size 4!) But it certainly didn’t look right with anything in my closet.
I was looking for a nice dressy blazer that could be worn with pants, skirts, etc.
Sadly, had to return.
Sure wish Kasper made a blazer with the same shoulder, sleeve, waist, etc - but ~3-4” shorter!
