Just got this for my wife. She loves it. I think it is great but I wish it had a little more sparkle in it. All in all, a nice ring.›

'Pretty' Disappointing

It is a very pretty, but a stone fell out. I treated this ring the same way I treated my 2.5 carat diamond ring. Took it off before touching water, cleaning the house, etc...I only had it 1 week and noticed a stone fell out. I would have kept it but because they are 3rd party seller for Macy's, Macy could not do anything. It meant I would have to snail mail my ring to Suzy Levian for them to assess if it was a manufacturing problem which is the only reason they'd repair for free. If it arrived there and it was determined that it may have been the seller then the seller would have to pay for it. I decided to return it. I much rather purchase from a local store where I could go directly to the seller, who has better warranty or service plan for jewelry. It was a risk on purchasing this in this way. Will not purchase from 3rd party sellers. Learned my lesson. Luckily, I was able to return this ring. That was the easiest part of this whole process.
