Never got my package

I never received my order I ordered this two months ago only a label has been created

WASTE OF MONEY

I just received my order yesterday and I always wash clothes before wearing and the same applies to my daughter. After the wash (first, wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and inside out), the pants had pellets all over, looked like she wore them nonstop for 2 years.
