Long, with extra room
I bought these shirts for my husband. The shirts are XXL. He loved the extra room and the length of the shirt. The length is long enough that if he raises his arms up his abdomen or backside are not exposed for a 6 foot tall man with a longer torso. These shirts are great for summer.

Check fabric content before you purchase
I bought this for my husband and chose it because it was a Columbia. My husband loves this shirt, it's a good color combination and he says it's very cool. We live in hot, humid Texas so a cool shirt is a plus. I need to make sure I check the fabric content before buying in the future, as this shirt is 97% cotton. I don't mind a little touch up ironing to make his shirts look nice but this is full on the whole shirt comes out of the dryer very wrinkled. There is NO WAY you can get away with not ironing or just a light ironing. This takes me quite a while to get it to look smooth and presentable.
