Bringing back the reliable products! Yeah!

best eye pencil ever! Miss the Blue ebony color and the light colors you once had tho. The very pale soft green was amazing and light blue! Was so beautiful. Wish you'd come back with them and add a bronze color too! 👍😊 Glad you're bringing some of the old products back. My daughter and i stopped buying lancôme because you took away so many reliable products like the original renergies. Wish you'd bring Original Renergies back too. I now purchase it on the aftermarket form various places but miss Lancôme. 😊🙏🩷

Love Lancome eye pencils

Lancome eye pencils are the best. Used them for years. What stood out the most was my last shopping experience I just wanted to purchase my eyepencil (Lancome black cofee) & unfortunately it was out of stock. Sarah K whom helped me suggest I preorder & have it delivered to my home. So I did. Sarah K also ask if she could help me with anything else & I asked about lip pencils. Sarah K showed me a selection & helped me pick out what would look good on me. What i like about my interaction with Sarah she wasn't pushy trying to sell me something. I felt her being honest, taking time with me so it wasn't overwhelming. She was knowledgeable had a very welcome like feeling. That stood out to me. She wasn't rushing to make a sale.

Nice quality pencil, perfect, smooth application.

Can't be without this pencil. I order months before knowing I need it. I have blonde hair and blue eyes so this dark brown is perfect for me vs. heavier looking black. Lauded by make-up artists as well, I have been wearing this eyeliner for over 20 years. The pencil is firm enough to not fall apart upon application, yet soft enough to give me a perfect line. I can smudge a little at night for a smokier effect (ok for daytime smoky eye too!). I absolutely recommend this pencil. I purchased in black coffee, but the quality holds true for the other colors.

Horrible

This was by far the absolute worst eyeliner I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never had raccoon eyes until I used this. It’s not waterproof and it smeared all over the top and bottom of my eyes. My fault though for not thoroughly reading the description. However it does apply very easily. But I do have better luck with L’Oréal and it’s less than half the price of this. This eyeliner was an absolute complete waste of money and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
