Unreliable seller

Purchased this item on Aug 27 for an event. Shipping said should arrive in 3-6 business days on Aug 28 with a fed ex label created. It’s now Aug 9 and no package. Fed ex states they have not received package from seller. My advise don’t buy Petal and pup!!
