Poor customer service

I ordered a suit — both the jacket and the pant. I received the wrong, cheap jacket, and the pants have still not been delivered, even though the tracking says they were supposed to arrive on July 9. This order was for a family member's wedding that took place on June 12. This is very disappointing and reflects poor customer service
