Ordered new shoes but received floor sample

The title explains my annoyance - I ordered two pairs of shoes for my sons for a party. One is delayed and won’t arrive in time so I’ll have to return them. The other arrived today. We were expecting a brand-new pair of shoes and the box they came in was labeled “floor sample.” They don’t look to be damaged but I find this unacceptable. I’ve read other comments from people who received obvious returns or other less-than-new items from Macy’s. When we order online we have to trust that the vendor will send what we ordered, not some sub-par item.

These Tommy Hilfiger Hiday Casualized Hybrid Oxfords are excellent shoes! They have a sleek, modern design that looks very stylish and can be worn for both casual and dressy occasions. They are comfortable right out of the box, feel well made, and fit true to size. The quality is outstanding, and I have received several compliments while wearing them. I highly recommend these shoes.

These shoes are amazing. You can wear them casually or dressy. Extremely comfortable highly recommend.
