Versatile velvety top - perfect for the holidays!!

Love this top!! The cut and fabric are beautiful! It will go perfect with my black velvet pants for dressy affairs, and even with a pair of nice jeans for a different look. Love the drape and the tie - looks like a wrap but it’s not :)
