I order from online, after placed order i realized accidentally wrong color, tried to cancel within 30 minutes, website wouldnt load. Called customer service. Got one cancelled and new one correct color ordered. What arrived was 2 of same wrong color. I could tell customer service was not proficient in English and had it wrong. I kept telling them I did not want slate but black. Theyd repeat back slate. Id say no black only black. They finally said black. But 2 slates arrived.
