The perfect sweatshirt dress

I love this dress! I ordered a med but I could have sized down and been fine. I am a 34F, my waist is a 25” snd my hips are 36” . I didn’t want it to be too tight in the chest area. It’s super soft, warm enough for winter with fleece tights and would work for cool fall nights.

On the fence

I like it but I'm not sure if I am going to keep it. Pros: warm, good length (I'm 5'5), can dress it up or down depending on shoes/accessories. Cons: the material is quite thick! Almost scuba-like material. I can't tell if it's flattering or if it makes me look more lumpy than I actually am. I tried a different Marcella sweatshirt dress (the long one with the zipper pockets) and I preferred that material much better than this one. This is not as soft and runs slightly smaller. However, if you're looking for a very warm dress with non-stretchy fabric, choose this one!

No stretch at all

Overall the fit is great but this sweater dress does not stretch at all in the width! So putting it on and taking it off is a real struggle.

The dress is built really well! It just didn't look good on me and it runs big. Make sure to size down. Other than that I love everything I've ordered so far!

My go to

I loved this so much in the gray I finally got the black. It is warm and cozy but shows your shape so it doesn’t feel like pajamas even tho it’s that comfortable. The fitted chest and waist and detail at the hem help give me an hour glass illusion even tho I have no butt! I live in this dress because it’s so easy for walking around the city, hanging out with friends or doing errands. When it’s wet out it looks great with boots and when it’s warmer I wear it with sneakers. More fitted and shaped than the Tompkins so recognize the cuts are different - stick with your usual size.
