Unacceptable service

How you going to ask me to review a package that I never received? A call to customer service said I only received one out of my four packages. The other three were sent back because the address listed on the notification was incorrect. But the one package I received had the exact same address as the other three. So customer service said they will reship the packages with a different carrier. Days go by and I still haven't received any package. I called customer service again and they informed me that the other customer service rep never sent out the packages. So I said, "Can you send out the package?" And they said, "Those packages are not available anymore. We'll give you your money back."I express to the first rep that those packages were very important because they were birthday gifts and she informed me that I will receive them in time. I would like to thank you for satisfying your customer with a refund. You really think that giving a refund makes your customer happy, and if you do, you have a poor feel for what customer service is all about.

Nike for kids

This set is adorable. I bought it for my 5 year old grand daughter. I purchased a size six. It fits perfectly, it does NOT run large The logo stripe going up and down the legs and arms really gives it extra Nike pizzazz. For some reason she loves the Nike brand and according to her, "this track suit is so cool"! The sale price is great.

Stitching coming apart

Horrible material, after a little over a month now stitching is coming apart! Lint and stitch falling apart material I need a refund

waistband too big.

The pants on the Nike suit have no adjustable drawstring or buttons and the waistbands are too big so I need to alter it in order for them to fit. otherwise it fits except for the waistband.
