Received the item damaged

aPPLIED FOR A RETURN GIVING THE REASON THAT THE SHOE WAS COMING APART FROM THE FRONT RETURNED IT THE NEXT DAY AND MACYS THEN RETURNED THE ITEM BACK STATING THEY COULDN'T TAKE THE ITEM BACK I WAS NOT THE ONE THAT DAMAGED THE SHOE
