Bad customer service

Good evening I have a terrible ordeal with Macy I have ordered the same joggers 3 times they keep sending me the wrong item. This is very frustrating and unprofessional I have been giving the run around and hung up on . Today I talked with a manager hopefully I get the correct item this last time if not I will contact the BBB and contact 6 .
