Unfortunate

Really like the style and color. When my item came, it was the wrong size and there were no shams. When I went to customer service at my local Macy's, they checked locally and there were no replacements. So, they just refunded my money to my account. I did not get my Black Friday deal or my duvet cover. I was very pleased with the other duvet cover that came delivered.
