Macys Policy

This pants do not fit me. Went to Macy’s and the store associate told me I can only receive store credit with less than what I paid. Macys is robbing their customers. They said because this is final sale now I can only be refunded with the final sale price. This is unlawfully right! Be careful with their “policy”
