Misplace packages in Longview, Texas.

This was never delivered to the mailbox in longview, Texas. This is the third time my order from Macy's never got to the destination. I would like this to be investigate. Same person different address, order never got there. In each case it was replace but this is not right.

Surprised by the lack of quality. Flimsy fabric that has no shape. Jacket is boring and doesn’t have much style. Anne Klein jackets are superior. Not worth the sale price.
