Impractical

This is a beautiful bag. However, the leather is very stiff, so it is hard to get items in and out. It is also quite heavy.

Crappy clip

This purse would be perfect if the dang strap didn’t KEEP COMING UNDONE! The clip holding the strap randomly but often pops open and the purse falls to the ground and my stuff falls out. VERY ANNOYING!!

Comes apart

The side clips keep coming undone cause purse to fall to the ground. The actual purse is beautiful. I will return it to the store.

Beautiful Purse, But Defective

I love this beautiful crossbody purse, but unfortunately this is my second purchase of the same purse that the same strap has a metal like clip that failed twice and broke apart. It also happened during a night out at a very special event Mother's Day at a beautiful restaurant and I had to struggle with it the rest of the evening carrying it.

Amazing quality

Very well made. It’s the first CK bag Ive ever had and I am highly impressed. It has an insane amount of storage and sometimes I can’t remember where I put my own things 😅 some people may love it or hate it that. A very good every day bag
