poor quality

I purchased this hand bag and I liked the size and shape of it. The zipper seemed a little ruff but I thought it was ok. not so! it stopped staying zipped, it would split open after only 2 months. I'm disappointed.

Zipper stuck/broke

Love the look but the zipper stuck from Day 1. I thought it would get better with use, but it completely separated, rendering this lovely purse useless after using three times. Window to return closes quickly so do not wait.

Great Buy

This pocketbook is popular but was so much less expensive than all others I saw. It’s exactly what I wanted in color and size, and even came with a should strap. I love it!

Disappointed

I loved the color, but the bag has little shape and is floppy. I had hoped for something firm that didn't look slovenly or worn. I guess I'll stick with my tried and true brands like Michael Kor, Dooney and Coach.
