Inconsistent Fit. Bad QC

Inconsistent Fit. Have purchased these jeans several times in past. No two pair have been the same even though ordered identical size, item, etc. just received two pair and one pair has much wider leg than the other. Shame that for the price they can’t even match patterns.

Hello. By order number 4610636336 I’ve received my order and was very upset about the incorrect operation of your store. There was only 1 piece of shoe in the Ralph Loran shoe box, instead of a pair! I am as much upset as possible with such negligenсe and carelessness on the part of the store towards its customers. Please deal with my problem as soon as possible and ship me the missing shoe - second one as it’s supposed to be! I think you understand that it’s absolutely within the law that I demand to receive my order in a proper way, the one that I’ve paid for. Looking froward to your reply
