Nice basic piece

A nice basic piece which has a nice amount of room without being gigantic, but I found the wheels not very smooth and a little difficult to steer.

Other occasion to buy:Intermittent Non functioning zipper

Zipper problem

Got the bag out of the box and immediately tried to open luggage. Zipper started hanging up as it rounded first corner. Tried it repeatedly because I thought it might loosen up. No such luck. A few times it zipped but the majority of my tries hung up. I’m returning the bag for a replacement. Hopefully another bag will have a working zipper.

Light Bag with nice spinner wheels

The bags were hard to find elsewhere but Macys had them! The sapphire blue is nice and bright without being garish. We like them very much - especially the spinner wheels. So light and easy to use.

Zip Not Durable

I bought one three years ago and on the fourth use the zip broke. Reach out to the company and was told that its normal wear and tear. Wear and tear suppose to be years in with a lof of use. I would not invest in any of travelpro luggage and would not recommend to any person. I only give it one star because the shipment was quick and customer service at Macy's.

Lightweight and lasts

We purchased this in blue a few years ago and liked it so much, we purchased another. Very lightweight and easy to maneuver. I like the expandable option and the handle extension has 2 lengths. Also like that it has an outside pocket.

Travel in style
