Sizing Was Off
I wish that these shoes fit properly because I really loved the look of them. I ordered them online. They were comfortable, however the left shoe seemed like it was 1/2 size too big. I am not a person who has one foot bigger than the other, but when I walked in them my left foot kept rising out of the back of the shoe. I returned them to the store and unfortunately they did not have this shoe in stock. Otherwise I would have tried them on in-store in hopes that they would fit properly.

Too Small!
I ordering my size but a half inch bigger. Can’t even get my foot in at all. Must be a wicked step sister! Have to return. Cute very narrow shoe.

Not Authentic Anne Klein
I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The shoes I received do not appear to be authentic. The tongues on both shoes are unevenly cut, and the overall quality is comparable to a low-cost online purchase rather than what I would expect from Macy’s. I already own this style and purchased this pair as a replacement, but the materials are noticeably different—the new pair does not seem to be real leather like the original, yet I was charged full price. In addition, the shipping time exceeded two weeks, which only added to the frustration. This experience has made me question the reliability of Macy’s online, particularly when it involves third-party vendors whose products do not meet the expected standard. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and time-consuming experience.
