I opened it and was empty. Nothing in it. Returning it
False and misleading product description
First, the brow pen barely contains any ink. Second, the product description is misleading and deceptive to customers. It claims to be sweat-proof, smudge-proof, waterproof, and long-lasting, when in reality it is the complete opposite. The product wiped off immediately with a simple stroke of my hand.

Need a light hand and ash colors
So annoying there isn't an ash brown or dark brown/black. I do like the 3 prong brush as its faster than 1 prong, less time. I use this for sparse brows and just need a steady light handed strokes. I also use a brush to brush out and blend into natural hairs after 30 seconds it has dried. Very natural looking if you find the right color. So much better than tattooing and such.
Works great if you have eyebrow hair
This product works great on the actual eyebrow hair - it goes on easily and looks very natural. However where there are very sparse spaces - just skin - it doesn't cover. I went over these spaces and filled in with an eyebrow pencil and it worked out fine. Furthermore I didn't find that this was "buildable" whatsoever like others have said. I was going to return it but I'll keep it - would not buy it again though or recommend.

works great but no cool tones
i got this in 4.5 which was supposedly a neutral brown. it works fine but it was unusable for me bc it's so warm. my shade in the discontinued pen was deep brown and that was perfect and cool toned, 4.5 was my recommended shade for the new pen and it's still way too warm. i've swatched all of them in person now and basically DO NOT GET THIS IF YOU ARE COOL TONED. super disappointed that i can't use my favorite brow product anymore.

Not a good product
The first time I used it , it was great. Second time it was lighter and seemed empty after shaking it still no ink not a good product
Bad nothings is come out of the pen
Really waste. Nothing is coming out of the pen. You have to press inn your hand and even that is very very little product
