Not Happy

i’m from the Ethan Canyon fires. I have been on the phone with customer service over three times. I’ve gone online to cancel this membership and it refuses to be canceled.

Don't, just don't do it!

I have always loved Macy's and have shopped with Macy's for many years but lately...what a hot mess! So I signed up for the Macy's beauty box 3 months ago and I am SO disappointed! They do not send you what is advertised. I've only received one month that was actually what was advertised for the month BUT there was no $10 coupon towards next beauty purchase. I received a $5 coupon. Also, they make it very difficult to cancel the recurring subscription...still not sure I was able to cancel it successfully. Come on Macy's, please do better or this platinum card holder might have to start shopping elsewhere. Hugs... :-(

Not sure what I got, but it looked like a bunch of leftover junk they can’t get rid of, Including a mirrored compact that has no mirror in it. It’s just foil.

Macy’s sells amazing beauty subscription boxes! I highly recommend Macy’s. They send brand name products that I always love. They include a variety of different products.
