Excellent

Excellent printer scanner. The free 6 months ink was a bonus. I'm already an HP ink and paper subscriber, less expensive and more convenient than self purchase. My previous HP printer was old but still going well but I wanted the facilities on this one.

Too much tech

I bought this to replace my old 5000 series printer as it was getting past its best . This one prints well but is slower to respond to print requests. Clarity of print and scan is good. I have to use HP smart to scan which is more tech that I could do without the simple way for me was better but for those more tech savy is great.

Upset

I bought the printer over a month ago. With a supply of free ink… I set up a free ink request. But when I requested ink all I got was an error code; EBS000P0013. So I bought replacement inks. Now I am in hospital for an operation. Please sort,as I will be in hospital for a few weeks
