Cute but don’t like iron on appliques

On the small side, not true to size

Very cute outfit, expensive even on sale BUT not true to size. 18 months looked like a shrunk size 12 months. Am deliberating whether to exchange or return as it’s always a hassle either way. Was for a one-year-old grandson.
