Best overall support

This is my second pair of these shoes....I do Zumba three times a week and they give me just the right amount of support. I have tried other brands and I end up with knee and hip pain. Not with my NIke's....

Other occasion to buy:Well, why would I recommend if they send you the same right foot and one size men's size and the other one is lady's size
