extra row of ruffle attached to a liner

At the bottom of the dress there is a second row of ruffle dress is heavy and would be better without the second ruffle . Runs a little wide

Quality but heavy

Color, style and quality are all good. Full lining and therefore heavy. Size XS fits 105 pounds loose.

Very short in length

Top is extremely short. Cute style and color. It will be very wide if you have a larger chest area because it pushes the front out.

It's a keeper!

The color of the dress could be described as Periwinkle blue I suppose. It's flattering to all skin tones. The sleeves are almost down to the elbow which is just right for air conditioning in summer. The only negative would be the lining of knit polyester caused the dress to be heavier than I was expecting. I have woren the dress once and it was comfortable so I'm glad I kept it.
