Best toner ever!

I have not used toner in years, as it has never been a favorite in skin care for me, making my face feel unpleasantly tight. This toner was a revelation. It has a pleasantly soft scent and makes my skin feel soft and smooth. It has become my favorite part of my skin care routine.
