Horrible!

I can't believe I spent this amount of money for a body sunscreen. This is by far the worst sunscreen in my collection! My skin color is light medium w/ warm tones. This leaves an incredible amount of WHITE cast, it completely changed my skin feeling pale white, dull, and dry. It was also not moisturizing, I felt like It'd need to use a huge amount of product to cover my body (which I wouldn't want to do it anyway because I would end up like a ghost). Lastly, it feels like I am pouring a bottle of fragrance all over me. Why does a sunscreen need so much fragrance? I am not fond of the smell. I used to like Cle de Peau, but after this sunscreen, I feel sick after smelling any other Cle de Peau products since they all got that same "floral old lady" scent!

Beautiful formulation, but not for darker skin tones

I wish the whitecast on this was better or could be rubbed in more as the product is beautifully formulated. It goes on elegantly and having just come back from vacation is certainly waterproof and leaves a a nice protective film. But unfortunately for brown skin it doesn't work and leaves a really noticeable cast.

protective but not so moisturizing

This is a luxurious little treat to use - the packaging is beautiful and the floral scent is very appealing. And it gives your skin a beautiful little glow but it is not that moisturizing. Maybe it's because it has been winter and so dry of late but this is not enough of a lotion to really keep my skin well moisturized. It might be perfect during a hot and humid summer day.

Protective and Glowing

As an extremely fair skin person, it doesn't take much for me to burn. This body emulsion not only protects my skin from the sun, it also provides a great layer of hydration for my dry skin, and gives it a glowing look. So lightweight!

Moisturizing but blends very smoothly and leaves an almost dewy, semi-matte finish which I really appreciate because I like knowing that the sunscreen has been absorbed not leave a sticky residue. I like that it also has a pink base to it so that brightens up your skin tone without leaving a white cast and making you look like a ghost. Would def recommend and can't wait to use it more this summer.
