Extremely Disappointed

The necklace I received is nothing like the one above and what I ordered. It was a single string necklace that had the latch haphazardly attached.I was extremely disappointed that this thing was sent to me under the Macy's Company. I had to waste my time to have this piece of junk sent back to the company.
